I live in Florida, my step father passed away who lived in Jackson Hgts NY Dealing with probating a will & 9 siblings was a nightmare. If it wasn’t for Adam Krzesniak, don’t know what I would have done. He came to the coop apt met with me in Feb. saw the place and just new I had a lot to do. He assured me he would work with me while waiting for probate which was in the middle of COVID-19 break out, courts were closed, but he was willing to wait and help me thru it all, he ask me to trust him and leave the keys with him,Thank God for that because I was unable to go back to NY. I had numerous calls with Adam who went in to apt cleaned up what I couldn’t get back to do met with superintendent to go over things, he had the apt sold within a month of me getting the okay and worked with me to get it closed with the coop.
